At the Effie Slovenia 2023 Awards Ceremony, Atlantic's brands were awarded four Effies in total: one gold, one silver, and two bronzes. Additionally, Atlantic received two special awards: one for the use of research and another from Slovenian students.
Gold was awarded to Atlantic for the campaign Argeta "Ode to Baking" in the category Products – Food, Silver for the campaign "Hydration Health Programs" by Donat in the category Products – Beverage, Bronze for the campaign "The Great Comeback of Vegetable Spreads" by Argeta in the category Products – Food, and Bronze for the campaign "Take Care of Your Digestion, Take Care of Yourself" by Donat in the category Corporate Reputation and Sustainable Efficiency.

As part of Effie Slovenia, based on points from the awards received, recognition was given to the most effective advertiser, agency, and brand: the title of Effie Slovenia 2023's most effective advertiser went to Atlantic Group.
