Orangina’s “Scan & Chill” sweepstake

It was our pleasure to accept the task of designing and implementing a sweepstake for Orangina in the competitive category of soft drinks, with the aim of increasing the engagement of the target group and increasing sales. It was necessary to communicate and emphasize the values of Orangina in a fun and different way, and to present it as a drink that is consumed all year round. The design of the sweepstake provided several rounds of prizes so that the interest in participating in the competition lasts as long as possible. One of the key things was to make the prizes attractive and adapted to the target group. In addition to the mechanism, prizes and designing communication, while managing the brand’s social media during the sweepstake, it was necessary to constantly encourage followers to engage through numerous activations, and to achieve it, we used influencer marketing as well.

Challenge

Designing a sweepstake mechanism, adapting the prizes to the Gen Z target group, and distributing communication and prizes over a longer period of time in order to encourage interest in participating in the sweepstake for as long as possible.

Idea

In addition to clear and concise communication claim "Scan & chill" and detailed research and good insight into the habits and preferences of young people, we designed an attractive prize pool. We divided it into three basic categories: travel, technology and sneaker culture. We also focused communication on channels adapted to the target group: digital channels and influencer marketing.

Implementation

The sweepstake took place in the summer flight, from June 15 to September 15 (13 prize rounds), and in the winter flight, from November 15 to December 31 (6 prize rounds). The project required the engagement of several different teams within the agency, with a wide scope of tasks that had to be designed and implemented:

  • Designing the mechanism and prize pool, and implementation of the NI
